Please allow 2-4 business days for processing & handling time for your order. We process all orders every day & try our very best to do next day shipping

 Please note once your order has been dropped off at USPS/UPS, the delivery is out of our control. Jenova is not responsible for lost packages or undeliverable parcels that have not been returned to us. If you feel your package is missing, Please file a claim or a missing mail form with USPS/UPS. If you have any questions about doing this feel free to contact us through our email Jenovaco@hotmail.com and we would be happy to help walk you through doing this.

INTERNATIONAL + WORLDWIDE SHIPPING:

We ship worldwide! Please allow 7-14 days to process and have the order delivered.

RETURN POLICY:

We do not do refunds, however exchanges are welcomed for store credit. All exchanges must be made within 7 days from delivery date. All items must be in new, unused condition with the tag still attached & not a final sale item (Please refer to final sale item list below) to be considered as an exchange. Once the item(s) have been accepted, store credit will be issued to you via email as a gift card. A pre-paid return label will be provided for you to send back your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your shipping label has been created, you must return your item(s) within 2 business days while your label is still active.

If you’re exchanging an item for another size: you’re responsible for the shipping cost to send the item to us. Once we receive the item we’ll send and pay for shipping cost to send the * NEW exchanged item back to you.

ITEMS THAT ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE:

  • For Sanitary reasons, all accessories, swimwear, white/beige clothing items, unitards, & bodysuits are FINAL SALE. 
  • ALL Clearance/Sale/Promotional items (meaning items purchased with a discount code varying from 40%- 90% off is FINAL SALE), PURCHASES MADE From our Black Friday SALE, STORY SALES, $5 WAREHOUSE SALE, & REVAMP SALE are final sale, NO EXCEPTIONS.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

For damaged items, please contact us immediately! You may contact us through email (Jenova@hotmail.com) or DM us on Instagram (@shop.jenova) clear photos of the damaged item and invoice. All damaged items must be reported within 72 hours of receiving the item(s).
